When arriving to the Deshields mansion for a movie scene shoot, I could automatically see how up-kept the property was from the exterior and the yard. It’s one of the homes you drive past and ask yourself “Who lives there?”. After walking in, I was not disappointed as it was very spacious, clean, nicely designed from floor to ceiling, and still gave a comfortable and homey atmosphere. I would 10/10 recommend for events, scenic projects, and luxurious parties.

Wonderfully curated space for any type of gathering. We had a family birthday party with about 55 people. The space was outfitted with everything we needed. We brought our own tables and a few extra chairs, plenty of space to sit on furniture, at bar as well as outside. Owner was very responsive and fair. Off street parking was plentiful. Nice and quiet location. Would definitely rent again in the future.
